MediaTek¡¯s New Manager Development Program (NMDP) has earned the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Excellence in Practice Award¡ªoften called the ¡°Oscars¡±of global talent development. This recognition underscores MediaTek¡¯s commitment to cultivating talent and fostering leadership across the organization. The NMDP accelerates new managers¡¯ leadership capabilities through a blended learning model, enabling them to guide teams and fulfill strategic objectives. Since launching in 2020, NMDP has held more than 16 sessions and trained 650+ managers.
